Timber® is cut to a bottling strength of 40% ABV with pure, fresh water from Royal Deeside. Versatile and smooth, it appeals to traditional rum drinkers and all those who enjoy quality spirits.

TIMBER! It's as big a treat now as it was when I first tasted it. I have to be selective about who I offer it to, no "shots" drinkers - they must savour every sip. I still like it best on ice, but am going to try the recommended cocktails in this April sunshine.

I love the mellow creamy flavour of your rum allowing the botanicals to burst through the initial taste giving a subtle complex fusion, and a finish that begs you to have another glass !

After buying at a farmer’s market a couple of years ago, this has become our go to rum. It has such a light and tasty, smooth, caramel-ly, vanilla-y flavour - works best with fever tree cola and lots of lime - but also tastes amazing in cocktails and as a wee nightcap too.
